This is such great advice, I just had to comment. It reminds me of how you helped me organize my time when I was your student in '03. I tell my paralegal students that they need to manage their schedules and make sure to allocate time for the things that matter to them. I particularly appreciate the part about disconnecting from the world during study time. I still use that technique today when I'm working from home.
